Professionelle Kooperation ist mit der Umsetzung inklusiver, schulischer Bildung unmittelbar verbunden. Ohne eine qualitativ hochwertige Zusammenarbeit von Lehrkräften mit unterschiedlichen Kompetenzprofilen sind die damit verbundenen Herausforderungen nicht zu bewältigen. In der vorgestellten Lehrveranstaltung zum Thema inklusive Bildung werden unterschiedliche Themenschwerpunkte bearbeitet, wobei Lehramtsstudierende verschiedener Studiengänge und Unterrichtsfächer interdisziplinär zusammenarbeiten. Formen der professionellen Kooperation werden dabei auf institutionell-struktureller, fachlicher und adressatenbezogener Ebene umgesetzt. Professionelle Kooperation und Inklusion sind somit konstitutive Merkmale der Veranstaltung. Dies wird anhand der Gesamtkonzeption sowie anhand zweier Lernmodule illustriert.
Professional cooperation is directly linked to the implementation of inclusive, school-based education. Without high-quality cooperation of teachers with different competence profiles, the associated challenges cannot be mastered. In the presented course on the topic of inclusive education, different topics are dealt with, whereby student teachers from different courses of study and teaching subjects work together in an interdisciplinary way. Forms of professional cooperation are implemented on an institutional-structural, subject-related and addressee-related level. Professional cooperation and inclusion are thus constitutive features of the course. This is illustrated by the overall concept and by two learning modules.
