Abstract

This paper aims at contributing to the diverse ideologies on violence against women. It will specifically draw cases from Cameroon depending more on my past and ongoing research on women in Bamenda, Cameroon. It is worth noting that in addition to data from my on-going research, the paper’s contribution also comes through a personal perspective, self-reflection or personal experiences yet not leaving out what existing research has to say about the topic at hand. Furthermore, all these perspectives will be summed up through a personal creative writing (Letter).
