Experimental Philosophy Now Welcomes Submissions in the form of Registered Reports.

We are pleased to announce that we now welcome submissions in the form of Registered Reports.

Registered Reports are assessed in two stages:

• Stage 1: Reviewers evaluate the proposed research, including the introduction, methodology, and planned approach to data analysis.
• Stage 2: Following data collection, reviewers evaluate the completed manuscript, including the results and discussion.

Registered Reports should make a meaningful contribution regardless of whether the results support the researchers’ initial expectations. Following a positive Stage 1 review, the Registered Report receives "in principle acceptance." At Stage 2, the completed manuscript will be assessed primarily on its adherence to the approved proposal.
