Abstract (english): READING EDUCATION IN THE AGE OF POSTHUMAN LITERATURE AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
The paper discusses the literary-theoretical and didactic implications of the growing presence of artificial intelligence in literary production. It focuses on the shift from traditional close reading to quantitative methods such as distant reading and stylometry,
which align with the statistical “reading logic” of large language models. Using examples such as Jörg Piringer’s günstige intelligenz (2022), it examines new concepts of authorship, creativity, and literary reception. The paper argues that these developments call for a posthuman understanding of literature and explores how they can inform innovative teaching models in which Large Language Models (LLMs) are integrated both as a tool and as an object of study.
